Cyclops Architects provides ready-made architectural building plans in digital format, including PDFs, drawings, and related design files.

When you purchase a plan, you are granted a limited license subject to the following:

• You are granted a license to use the plan for one construction project only.
• You do not own the copyright to the design.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload the files elsewhere.

Building regulations vary by location. Before commencing construction, please note the following:

• Plans should be reviewed by a licensed architect or engineer in your area.
• Any required modifications must comply with local building codes.
• We are not responsible for approval denials due to local regulations.

Cyclops Architects provides design concepts and architectural drawings. We are not responsible for:

• Construction errors
• Material failures
• Contractor workmanship
• Structural modifications made after purchase

All products are delivered digitally. After payment confirmation, you will receive download access. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
• You were charged without receiving download access.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action:

• Reselling our designs
• Claiming authorship of any design
• Using our previews to create derivative works for resale
• Sharing files publicly or privately with third parties

Cyclops Architects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our plans.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

All architectural drawings and plans are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Architects Corner allows architects and designers to submit original building plans for review and possible listing on the Cyclops Architects marketplace.

• You confirm that all submitted designs are your original work.
• You must have full legal rights to upload and license the designs.
• You retain authorship credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting and upon approval of a design, you grant Cyclops Architects a non-exclusive license to:

• Market, display, and sell the design on its platform.
• Create previews, thumbnails, and promotional materials to advertise the design.

This license remains active while the design is listed on the platform.

Cyclops Architects reserves the right to approve or reject submissions, request modifications, and remove any design at its discretion. Approval is based on quality, originality, and compliance with platform standards.

If your design is approved and listed, you will receive an agreed percentage of each sale. Payments are made on a monthly or quarterly basis after confirmed sales.

Cyclops Architects will display copyright notices, use watermarked previews where necessary, and monitor for unauthorized distribution where reasonably possible. However, we cannot guarantee prevention of third-party piracy.

You may request removal of your design by providing written notice. Sales completed before removal remain valid, and revenue from prior sales will still be paid according to the agreement.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice, or immediately upon discovery of copyright infringement or fraud. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.

By uploading a design to Architects Corner, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand the revenue structure, and agree to its terms.
